Urban Dictionary -- 好说好说

好(hǎo)说(shuō)好(hǎo)说(shuō)

The phrase literally means “it can be easily discussed/talked about”. It actually means “no problem”,or “nothing to worry about”. It often occurs in the exchange of politeness in many social contexts and does not imply any actual responsibility.

Example:
A: Dave,这(zhè)是(shì)我(wǒ)的(de)朋(péng)友(you)Emma,请(qǐng)多(duō)关(guān)照(zhào)她(tā)一(yí)下(xià)。
Dave, this is my friend Emma, please look after her.
B: 好(hǎo)说(shuō)好(hǎo)说(shuō)
No problem.
