In ancient China, 达(dá)人(rén) was used to describe a wise man or people who takes things philosophically. Nowadays, the meaning of this word has been changed to expert, genius, and talented people. We have all kinds of达(dá)人(rén) in our lives, such as 时(shí)尚(shàng)达(dá)人(rén) [Fashion Expert], 美(měi)食(shí)达(dá)人(rén)[Gourmet], 摄(shè)影(yǐng)达(dá)人(rén)[Photography Expert], and of course 汉(hàn)语(yǔ)达(dá)人(rén)! The famous American reality television series, America’s Got Talent, is called “美(měi)国(guó)达(dá)人(rén)秀(xiù)” in Chinese.

He is a very famous gourmet on Twitter.
2. 我们学校的很多学生都是汉语达人。
Wǒmén xuéxiào de hěnduō xuéshēng dōu shì hànyǔ
