How to say brutal(cold) in Chinese

今(jīn)天(tiān)是(shì)多(duō)伦(lún)多(duō)九(jiǔ)年(nián)以(yǐ)来(lá)最冷的一天.气(qì)温(wēn)下(xià)降(jiàng)到(dào)零(líng)下(xià)32度(dù)。

Today in Toronto, is the coldest day in nine years. The temperature has plunged into -32C with wind chill. 

How to say ‘brutal (cold)” in Chinese:

冻(dòng)僵(jiāng)了(le) = freezing
冻(dòng)死(sǐ)人(rén)了(le)= frozen to death
冻(dòng)成(chéng)冰(bīng)棍(gùn)了(le)=frozen to popsicle
刺(cì)骨(gǔ)= cold to the bone, bitterly cold
冷(lěng)极(jí)了(le)= brutal
