有(yǒu)木 (mù)有( yǒu)means yǒu méi yǒu. This is originally the local accent in such provinces as Hebei, Shanxi and Shaanxi, meaning isn't it so? It also means yes or no? Right or wrong? Or "have or haven't". It is a dialectical phrase found in Hebei, Shanxi and Shaanxi. It first appeared in a post of douban.com entitled French Learners Can't Afford Too Much Hurt. The style of the post is called paoxiaoti, or "the roaring mode of writing". Each sentence ends with yǒu mù yǒu and several exclamation marks. As this style of writing expresses distress, it immediately went viral and triggered a whole series of imitators.
