Chinese Proverbs -- 人挪活,树挪死

人挪活,树挪死(rén nuó huó shù nuó sǐ)
A tree when uprooted dies, but man thrives. 

人rén=people
树shù =tree
挪nuó =remove, move from one place to another
活huó=alive
死sǐ=dead

e.g.
如(rú)果(guǒ)你(nǐ)不(bù)喜(xǐ)欢(huan)现(xiàn)在(zài)的(de)工(gōng)作(zu),你(nǐ)应(yīng)该(gāi)换(huàn)一(yí)个(gè)(工(gōng)作(zuò))。人(rén)挪(nuó)活(huó),树(shù)挪(nuó)死(sǐ)。

You should go for something different if do not like your current job. Unlike uprooted trees, you will strive under the new sky.
