Note: Before 1949 women in China had their feet bound as form of beautification.

古代的(gǔ dài de) = ancient
女人= (nǚ rén)woman
缠足(chán zú) = foot-binding
老公(lǎo gōng) = husband
逛街(guàng jiē) = go shopping
