Chinese Proverbs -- 有志者事竟成

有(yǒu)志(zhì)者(zhě)事(shì)竟(jìng)成(chéng)。 
Where there is a will, there is a way. It tells us that you will accomplish your goals if you are ambitious and driven.

有(yǒu)志(zhì)者(zhě) =someone who is ambitious

Example:
学(xué)好(hǎo)中(zhōng)文(wén)虽(suī)然(rán)不(bù)容(róng)易(yì)，但(dàn)是(shì)有(yǒu)志(zhì)者(zhě)事(shì)竟(jìng)成(chéng)。

Though it is not easy to master Chinese, you will get there if you have the ambition and drive.
