fān qié chǎo jī dàn
番   茄   炒    鸡 蛋         Scramble egg with tomato




yuán liào: fān qié yī gè; jī dàn liǎng zhī; yán shǎo xǔ; liào jiǔ shǎo xǔ
原料:     番茄一个;          鸡蛋两只;           盐少许;     料酒少许
táng shǎo xǔ
糖少许


Ingredients:1 tomato; 2 eggs; 1 teaspoon salt; 1 teaspoon Chinese cooking wine(if you don't have it, you can use Whisky); 2 teaspoons sugar

做法

Direction:
  bǎ dàn dǎ yún, jiā rù yì diǎn liào jiǔ hé yán, jiǎo yún.
1.把蛋打匀,      加入一点料酒和盐,             搅匀。
fān qié qù dì, qiē piàn
番茄去蒂,     切片。
1.Beat the egg, add in the salt and Chinese cooking wine and beat again. Chop the tomatoes into slices.

  guō rù yóu, bǎ dàn chǎo shú, chèng chū.
2.锅入油,     把蛋炒熟,       盛出。
2. Make a scramble egg and place it in the plate.

guō rù yóu, jiā rù fān qié, kāi xiǎo huǒ, biān chǎo, gài gài, shāo mèn yī huì, zài biān chǎo
3.锅入油,加入番茄,开小火,煸炒,盖盖,稍闷一会,再煸炒......
fǎn fù jǐ cì, zhí dào fān qié ruǎn làn, tāng zhī bèi áo chū
反复几次,     直到番茄软烂,             汤汁被熬出。
3. Add in some oil and the tomato slices, cook until it becomes juicy.

  jiā rù yì xiē tang hé yán, chǎo yún, guān huǒ
4.加入一些糖和盐,            炒匀,   关火.

4.Add in sugar and salt,stir evenly.

jiā rù chǎo hǎo de dàn, fān chǎo jǐ xià, děng dào tāng zhī bāo guǒ zhù dàn
5.加入炒好的蛋,          翻炒几下,        等到汤汁包裹住蛋,
jí kě chū guō
即可出锅.
5.Add in the eggs and stir the tomatoes and the eggs until eggs turn red. Then you can serve it.
