yóu dòu fu niàng ròu
油 豆 腐 酿 肉 Fried Tofu stuffed Pork
原料: 肉糜200克、 油豆腐100克、 葱姜适量。
Ingredients: 200 gram minced pork; 100 gram fried tofu(sale in Chinese supermarket); some green onions and gingers
tiáo liào: wàn zì jiàng yóu sān dà sháo, yán yī xiǎo sháo, tang liǎng xiǎo sháo
调料: 万字酱油3大勺、 盐1小勺、 糖2小勺、
liào jiǔ 1 xiǎo sháo, diàn fěn shì liàng.
料酒1小勺、 淀粉适量。
Flavouring: 3 tablespoon Kikkoman soy sauce; 1 teaspoon salt; 2 teaspoon sugar; 1 teaspoon Chinese cooking wine; 1 or 2 teaspoons starch

Direction:
1. bǎ cōng jiāng qiē suì jiā rù zhū ròu mí zhōng.
1.把葱姜切碎加入猪肉糜中。
Mince the gingers and green onions and mix it with minced pork.
2. bàn rù yán, diàn fěn, liào jiǔ, yī dà sháo wàn zì jiàng yóu, jiāng ròu mí jiǎo bàn yún dài yòng
2.拌入盐、 淀粉、 料酒、 1大勺万字酱油, 将肉糜搅拌匀待用。
Add in salt, starch, Chinese cooking wine, 1 table spoon Kikkoman soy sauce and mix it with the minced pork.
3.yóu dòu fu yòng kāi shuǐ lüè pào ruǎn, chōng xǐ xià jǐ qù shuǐ fèn, cóng zhōng jiān bāi kāi
3.油豆腐用开水略泡软, 冲洗下挤去水分, 从中间掰开。
Soaked the fried tofu untill it turns soft, wash them, squeeze out the water and dig a hole in the middle of each fried tofu
4. jiāng shì liàng jiǎo bàn jūn yún de ròu xiàn sāi rù yóu dòu fu zhōng,
4.将适量搅拌均匀的肉馅塞入油豆腐中,
yī cì fang rù pán zhōng.
依次放入盘中。
Stuff the ready-for-use minced pork in the hole of the fried tofu and placed them on a plate.
5. wàn zì jiàng yóu liǎng dà sháo, diàn fěn shì liàng,qīng shuǐ tiáo chéng jiàng zhī,
5.万字酱油2大勺、淀粉适量、清水调成酱汁,
jiāng tiáo hǎo de jiàng zhī lín zài yóu dòu fu niàng ròu shàng。
将调好的酱汁淋在油豆腐酿肉上。
rán hòu bǎ pán zi fang rù guō zhōng zhēng tì shàng,
然后把盘子放入锅中蒸屉上,
lěng shuǐ shāo kāi shí fēn zhōng zuǒ yòu jí kě qǔ chū。
冷水烧开10分钟左右即可取出。
Mix 2 tablespoon Kikkoman soy sauce, starch and some water together as sauce. Pour the sauce over the fried tofu stuffed pork. Place the plate on the steam tray and steam it for 10 mins after the water is boiled.(Different steam machines may vary, please make sure the pork is cooked)

Tips:
1. chú le shàng guō zhēng shú, yě kě mèn zhǔ, kǒu wèi yě bú cuò。
1.除了上锅蒸熟,也可焖煮,口味也不错。
Instead of using a steam machine, you could also try to simmer it. They all taste good.
2. ròu xiàn jiā rù tiáo liào hòu shun yī gè fāng xiàng jiǎo bàn, chī qǐ lái ròu zhì gèng nèn huá。
2.肉馅加入调料后顺一个方向搅拌,吃起来肉质更嫩滑。
When you are mixing the minced pork with all the flavourings, make sure you stir the same direction and it will taste better.
