Chinese Proverb

情(qíng)人(rén)眼(yǎn)里(lǐ)出(chū)西(xī)施(shī)
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. 

Literally it means in the eye of a lover appears Xishi (one of the Four Beauties of ancient China). 

Note:
情人(qíng rén)=lover
西施(xī shī)=beauty
