杏仁豆腐(xìng rén dòu fu) = almond Tofu (almond Jelly)
Almond jelly, or almond pudding, is also named as almond tofu, a popular dessert in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, and often found in dim sum restaurants worldwide. The name is sometimes misleading, as the dish is prepared using apricot kernels milk (杏仁), neither almonds nor soybean( main ingredient of Tofu) .
