Studying Chinese in China with Anton 5

 
我(wǒ)在(zài)中(zhōng)国(guó)学(xué)中(zhōng)文(wén)

我(wǒ)很(hěn)喜(xǐ)欢(huān)去(qù)旅(lǚ)行(xíng)。就(jiù)是(shì)没(méi)钱(qián),我(wǒ)每(měi)年(nián)也(yě)要(yào)去(qù)。

I really like to travel and I travel every year, even though I don’t have the money.

Grammar:就(jiù)是(shì) ... 也(yě) ...
No matter what “就(jiù)是(shì)”the hypothetical situation is, the outcome following ”也(yě)”will not change.

Example:
1.我(wǒ)喜(xǐ)欢(huān)中(zhōng)国(guó),就(jiù)是(shì)去(qù)了(le)两(liǎng)次(cì),我(wǒ)也(yě)还(hái)想(xiǎng)去(qù)。
I like China. I want to go there again, even though I’ve been there twice.

2.我(wǒ)就(jiù)是(shì)很(hěn)累(lèi),每(měi)天(tiān)也(yě)坚(jiān)持(chí)锻(duàn)炼(liàn)。
I exercise everyday no matter how tired I am.
